The hotel was perfect for our one night stay, but the rooms smelled like smoke, and the shower stall was too small even for me.

The hotel is located in a not-so-great area, surrounded by a freeway and a railroad track, making it inconvenient for accessing downtown or enjoying a pleasant environment. The service was very helpful and considerate; however, some staff members need improvement in customer service skills. The dining experience offered a good selection of hot and cold foods, meeting a decent standard. The hotel falls short on location quality but excels in service and dining options.

I got to enjoy the trains passing both day and night at this hotel. The two connected rooms I stayed in were bright and clean, although lacking in sufficient storage space and safes. The shower stalls were convenient, but there wasn't much room to put my things in the rooms. The location was a bit shabby and away from town, making it a bit challenging to navigate with one-way streets, but it did feel safe. The service was lovely with kind and competent staff. The dining experience offered a good variety of breakfast foods, although healthier options for vegetarians would have been appreciated.
